Pickup and Drop-Off are Contactless at Both My Aurora and Airport Locations! The exact location of the car and keys will be sent shortly before your trip begins. Delivery is free of charge. Please Note: Parking fees are paid directly to the parking facility and are not included in your booking fees. My delivery fee, Turo’s airport permit fee, and Turo's trip fees do not cover parking. Turo Approved Parking Reservation: A one-time parking fee of 40.00 will be collected by Park My Share 24 hours before your trip. Guests cannot exit and re-enter the lot without a pre-paid reservation. You’ll receive your Park My Share reservation link via trip messages 24 hours prior to your trip. Shuttle Info: Guests may use ParkDIA’s free 24/7 shuttle service to reach the vehicle. Shuttles depart from just outside Level 5 Baggage Claim and will take you directly to the car location. Return service to the airport is also provided. The ride takes about 10 minutes, and shuttles run every 5 minutes throughout the day. Thank you! —Lindsey
