• how will I get the car keys ?

  Contact less check-in. Keys provided in lockbox. Passcode will be provided a day in advance. See the picture and instruction for opening the lockbox

• Does this vehicle need to be refueled?

  Yes. We always make sure to rent the vehicle with a full tank. Please return your rental with a full tank.

• What if I need road side assistance during the trip ?

  Contacting roadside assistance We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for accidents, breakdowns, and other issues if you or your host have chosen a protection plan through Turo. Contact us at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] (CA) or 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] (US), and we’ll connect you with a dispatcher who’ll send a service vehicle, and we’ll cover the cost of dispatch. • What if tolls fee were not paid ?

  The car is not equipped with a toll pass. Please do not take any toll roads without paying the toll. If you take a toll road, we will get a copy of the toll in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1. the cost of the toll, 2. all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3. and a $30 processing fee per toll.

• Some Additional rules ?

  Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. • Don’t drink and drive. • Don’t text and drive. • Don’t smoke in the car. • Don't drive the car out of the United States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). • Pets are not allowed in the car. However, service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Please remove all of your belongings and all trash before returning the car - including any parking permits, garage clickers, and keys on the keychain. The only person that can pickup the car is you, the primary driver. We cannot release the car to anyone other than the primary driver.
