Very easy process, my host was super but I do have a big issue with the trip charge being added. It’s very deceitful! It cost me 87 dollars to extend one day and it charged me a trip fee of over 100 dollars, so for 3 days it was right at 300 dollars. This is on Turo side not my host!

Minh was a great host, it all began when another vehicle cancelled on me because I had an extended rental period. The vehicle was very clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas. Pick up process was very smooth. Nearing 2 days prior to the end of my trip I had to extend my trip from the original ending and Minh was okay with extending dates a couple days more from original return date. Minh was great to communicate with either when picking up the vehicle, any questions in between and during the return process. I definitely would like to rent from Minh again on my next rental, great person to work with and very kind. Thank you Minh for my rental!

I do a lot of business with Mr. Minh and I must say it's always a pleasure. This particular trip was an emergency and I had to get back home to oklahoma. Not only was he ready with very short notice he also was very flexible with the extensions I needed.
