CS Operations Coordinator

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re looking for a world-class Operations Coordinator to join our Phoenix team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Support Ops Managers as well as our Executive Support, Training, Content, and Vendor teams. You will collaborate with training and content to improve our training content and customer support workflows, positively impacting&nbsp; our almost 300 in-house and outsourced agents.
