Easy process, great communication!

Michelle was SO accommodating with one hour notice for this last-minute rental. I appreciate Michelle and her husband making the time to meet me unexpectedly. The car is well-maintained and runs smoothly. We were able to travel safely, comfortably and stylishly. (If you are short - beware - getting in and out is like climbing a mountain!) Communication was clear, and pick-up and drop-off were easy. And, there is a gas station just a couple of blocks away. I would rent from Michelle again in a heartbeat. I would recommend her - and her Jeep - to others as well.
