First - this car is absolutely beautiful. We booked it at a discounted rate due to minor cosmetic damage front right side but this car is still so, SO gorgeous. She drives like a dream. We had a small miscommunication about time pick-up, and ended up having to contact host around 2am while in the cold, very nervous that we wouldn’t reach him, but we did! While both parties (host & myself) could’ve been upset about this, it worked out fine. LeGrand was very communicative and helped fix our issue to get us on the road even though it was so late. We arrived during a nasty winter storm and he ensured we felt safe driving the car on the roads. He continued to check in during the trip to make sure all was well. We reached out to let him know the car was pretty dirty on outside & inside floor mats and offered to clean but he was very gracious and said he would take care of it. Prepaid for fuel so that was not an issue. We were overall very satisfied with our trip and booking with LeGrand. Heated seats and steering wheel certainly felt great during the storm. Driving this beautiful car was such a great experience. 10/10 recommend.

What a fun car! Communication and the intro training were great. The car was spotless and ready to go when we picked it up (unfortunately the weather was poor and single-digit temps so it wasn’t as clean when we dropped it off) The owner trained us on all the features and gave us access to the car’s app. This is marked as one of my favorite cars. Incredibly fun car, very clean and drives well. I’m sure it’s because this car gets abused heavily by it’s renters but the breaks works well, accompanied by a loud screech each time. Only complaint. LaGrand Is both professional and accommodating.

Great experience. Delivery and pickup couldn't have been easier and Denise was great to work with. The car itself was comfortable and roomy enough for our party of six. I would absolutely rent from Denise again!

This was my first time using Turo to tent a car and it worked out great. Andrew made the pick up and drop off so easy. The thorough instructions and prompt communication made this a smooth transaction. The car was in excellent condition and so fun to drive. I highly recommend renting from Andrew.

This was my first time using Turo and my experience was wonderful! Michelle was absolutely great, responded quickly, and was so accommodating. The vehicle was in pristine condition. We were able to have our dogs in the back and the back window opened for them so it was perfect.

Daniel was great! We needed a last min reservations and he was very responsive, easy to work with and offered a great experience! Pick up and drop off was seamless and super easy! The truck is beautiful, well taken care of and has 6 seats! This truck has all the power you need is spacious even with 2 adults, 3 teens and 1 kido! Has leather seats and all the bells! The truck bed is super convenient with all the storage! This is a perfect fit for a family trip, hunting or any road trip! We are so grateful for its space and power!

Doug was great. I loved the car and the communication was outstanding. He even gave me a great suggestion of a really good pizza place to eat. (I’ll def be going back). The convenience of having the car right where I got off the train was amazing. Thank you very much Doug for sharing your clean and nice car with me.

Fantastic car, and a very congenial host. My first experience with Turo, and I’m happy to say that it was a good one.

I would give this host a 6th star if I can! Upon picking up the car, we are greeted by a very welcoming host. He did everything meticulously, from cleaning the car, to even fulfilling our request for snowchains! (He ordered it for us for free). He responds to messages very fast, and gave us a lot of food and place recommendations around the city. Definitely recommended!
