The host: Ryan was so understanding of my trip delays and flexible to change even at the last minute. He was always quick to respond at all hours. 10/10 The car (Mercedes GLE 2016): The SUV was an absolute joy to drive specially up the mountains, it handles and accelerates very well as you would expect. It had a few little details here and there of things not working but all minor things that didn't get in the way with the experience. 9/10

Amazingly comfortable ride! I took the QX60 on a 4k mile road trip. It performed flawlessly. Really great handling on the highway and sense of luxury mixed with tons of cargo space. I highly recommend this rig! Dzenan was a great host - quick and responsive communication throughout the trip.

The car’s condition was perfect, and he took the first set of photos on the morning before I arrived. The car was very very clean and the renting experience was great.
