Great host! Excellent communication, especially for my first Turo rental. Trieu was very quick to respond and insightful. The vehicle I rented, Jeep Cherokee 2015, was in great shape - the perfect ride for a Christmas vacation in snowy Breckenridge. Trieu left the rental at nearby Wally Park and Ride, a quick shuttle ride from airport. Big thanks to Wally Park staff, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Turo rental process. They even started and warmed the vehicle up before I arrived. 5 stars!!!!

Arturo was wonderful! Very communicative and accommodating. The Jeep was comfortable, clean, and suited our needs. The engine struggled a bit climbing the steeps, but we were gentle on the gas and eventually she'd catch up. The screen had a few gremlins which we knew prior to picking up the car. Arturo was very up front about the issue (the controls would go nuts. Heat turning itself up and down, seat heater turning on and unable to turn off, and rear view camera randomly coming on while driving). This problem only occurred in the cold weather. The day we left, it was above 50 degrees and worked perfectly! In no way was the car's performance affected, and we all just laughed about it when it happened! We're giving this trip 5 stars because it was our first Turo rental and Arturo made it extremely positive, affordable, and pleasant. Is highly recommend and will definitely rent from him again in the future!

If this dude doesn't have the best customer service then I don't no who do... he went way over and beyond to help satisfy me as the customer on my travel. He has such a great attitude and pleasant spirit, very understanding of my situation. His car was absolutely 💯 👌 🔥 😍 🙌🏾 ❤ all hands down this car had the beats and the drive. The horse power on this thing had me feeling like a top dog on the road. Smelt good and was clean 👌 I absolutely would rent this car again and again. Also he has other cars to choose from so he's my go to guy from now on!

This car was a great ride, took the mountains really well, cruise control worked great and it felt very reliable. Only thing is the trunk was automatic and would open and immediately close so we finally switched it off after getting hit numerous times and just manually opened and closed it. Also the listing says it's bluetooth/aux compatible, but that isn't the case. It has a USB port in the middle console, but after connecting it didn't allow us to hear any of my directions and said ipod and we never found an aux specific port so we weren't able to easily connect to hear any music or directions. Via amazon we ended up on buying a bluetooth connector that would connect over the radio stations and also bought a phone holder to hold up our phone for directions as that was top priority for us. Overall a great car, just needs small upgrades that the host could make to make the car more accessible for drivers and make the listing accurate.

Trieu's Jeep Cherokee was great! There was a ton of snowfall during our trip, and this car adapted seamlessly. We were easily able to get to all of our destinations.

This Jeep was in immaculate condition and great for a trip to the mountains. Pickup and drop-off was super easy, especially with the instructions on YouTube! It comes with all the features you'd want and then some like heated steering wheel and SiriusXM Radio!

Everything was wonderful but I have to comment on the fact that I ordered the vehicle to be delivered to me at a certain time for $100 delivery fee and the host was 30 mins late which forced me to change my plans. So I just recommend communicating about this Ahead of time if you’re on a tight schedule.

Landus is great! He was really lenient on the pick up/drop off locations and even refunded my "cleaning fee" since we returned the car clean! The car ran smoothly and the AWD was helpful on some of the steep/rocky roads here in Colorado. There is also an Eco mode for the car which stretched the gas mileage. (On highways we were easily getting 30+ mpg) We fit groceries, clothes, a crash pad, and much else in here with no issues. I would definitely rent this car from him again 👍👍👍

We had a great experience with Trieu and his Jeep Compass. After a couple of last-day cancellations with other hosts, we were nervous to try a third booking, but Trieu's prompt responses and professionalism put us at ease right away. The pickup and drop-off processes were straightforward and the YouTube video instructions were very useful. The vehicle was exactly what we needed for both city and mountain driving, and it handled well in snowy conditions. We would recommend Trieu's services to anyone needing a car in the Denver area.

Trieu is a great host. The car was excellent in the snow. We were in Winter Park the entire week. When we had some critical questions, Trieu was immediately available. This was our first Turo experience and it was excellent. We will glad return to this host again as we do visit the Denver area from time to time.

This was our first time using Turo and Trieu could not have been a better choice for assisting us. He was helpful all along the way and responded to messages within minutes. The directions he gave us on where to go to obtain and then drop off the car were simple and very easy to follow. Not being familiar with the Denver area, this was extremely helpful. The car itself was perfect. It was clean and drove very smooth. We had one day where we got a little snow and our hotel was up some pretty steep terrain, and the Jeep handled the conditions perfectly. I don't know when we will be back to the Denver area as this was an anniversary trip for my wife and I, but I do know that whenever we do return we won't hesitate to use Trieu's services again. Zero complaints.
