Wisnord was great in communication and service! The best decision ever was rent on Turo and having a jeep in Miami is the best option, the car is simply perfect! Was brand new and taking the front roof off takes like 30 seconds and is amazing to enjoy the sunshine state! Having this car in our vacation month made the hole experience, I wasted so much money in rentals before this and was allways stressed about insurance, waiting times an paying a lot. The owner was great he did the favor to take the car to the airport and that was a huuuge plus for us. Everything just went perfect and I will recomend all my friends using Turo and enjoy the car of your dreams

Francia was incredible! Had a little mishap returning the car. Got a little lost with the address and she was so patient and helpful. Car was clean and ran great. Lots of storage in the trunk for our luggage. We were a party of 5 and we fit comfortably, didn’t feel too squished. Would absolutely rent from her again! Thank you SO MUCH!

The vehicle runs smooth and the checkout was easy and seamless. Yes, some reviews complain of the stains on the seat, but I wiped it down myself and had no prob. Yes the lift gate is broken but still operable. The unlimited miles was a plus.

This was better than any big company car rentals out there. Herve was very nice and personable. I chose the option to have him pick up and drop off at my location. I am from California visiting my mom and I have no vehicle to use to pick up a rental so this option worked out perfectly for me. The vehicle was very clean and I appreciate the no smoking policy. The vehicle drove very smoothly and is great for up to 7 people. We had a max of 6 in the vehicle and all were very comfortable. If I ever come to visit my mom again, I will definitely rent from Herve again!
