This was my first time using Turo as well as renting an fully electric car and I had a great experience with both. Daniel is very easy going and was very responsive. He gave me a quick tutorial on driving a Tesla and put me to ease. (Sorry Daniel, I dropped you a bit far after the tutorial) Daniel’s car was fantastic. I didn’t have any issues with the car. Jorge was very helpful and accommodating of our requests on our trip and was a pleasure to rent from. The car is brand new and in great condition, and the sound system is spectacular, one of the best I’ve heard in any car! The Q5 was also very fuel efficient and fun to drive with a sporty engine and paddle shifters, apple CarPlay and all the tech worked flawlessly as well.

Manmit was very courteous and helpful in getting to the car and dropping it off when I needed flexibility in pick up time and drop-off time, and this Tesla model V was very clean and a joy to drive for a long trip. Good value as well for an excellent electric car with very high performance, just energy efficient. Just make sure you know the 3 dots at the bottom of the console is what you need to get to the navigation / gps / and clicking the screen and then the charger icon to find the superchargers. This should be made more clear by Tesla.
The car is large, sizeable, drove smoothly with no problems. Shalva is very communicative and responds within minutes without fail which I highly appreciate. At a great price to boot I definitely recommend renting from Shalva

First Turo experience and let me say Manmit is my guy. Coming from Manhattan, I had a business trip in the Jerseydelphia area and Manmit delivered white glove service with both picking up and dropping off the car. Car itself may have got me into the Tesla cult. Any business trip west of the City not near a train station will be booked through Manmit moving forward.
