pick up and drop off easy. washed, vacuumed, and ready to go on arrival. the vehicle itself is in great condition. As long as you’re comfortable making stops to charge and wait while you’re charging then you won’t have an issue! We took it to Phoenix and the stops were great for kids to get out and stretch. There are plenty of chargers along the way.

This was the first time I ever used Turo. And I can’t speak highly enough about this host and Sandra the coordinator and the technicians. They went above and beyond to make this a truly special and easy process. Friday morning I was suppose to be picking up a C 63 from another host, but they stopped contacting me 1 hour prior to pick up. And I never heard from them again. Mr Darnel and his team were the only host that made this very important weekend of mine possible. Let alone, the car is absolutely immaculate! Like it came off the show room floor! So thank you!! This host and team are absolute rockstars.

This truck drove perfectly. We got an average of 24 mpg on our trip. You can tell that maintenance has been regular and the owner prides the vehicle. I will 100 percent book this again!
This was the perfect SUV for my family of seven, it was our trip to Disneyland, everyone on board was comfortable, even with a car seat in between two passengers, there was plenty of room, even better, there was still a lot of space for our luggage in back, and with seven people, there was plenty of luggage...all in all, from picking up this SUV at the residence, to bringing it back, the process was many times better than my experiences with Rental Agencies, very simple and most of all very courteous, I would recommend this rental from Mark and his wife 100%.

Hosts are very nice. Answered all questions and made us feel like family. SUV was super spacious (able to seat 8 comfortably) im 6’3” and with the seat all the way back I had an adult behind me and they still had lots of space. really good on gas for an large SUV. Definitely will rent from the baileys again when we need larger SUV.
