Carlos was a fantastic car host— he took extra time to explain the details of the car (he has a ton of knowledge on BMWs) and how to use the Turo app as this was my first ride/rental. I rented his X3 M40I which was a phenomenal driving experience and I highly recommend it. Keep in mind this is not an ordinary X3 but rather a v6 model with 382hp. You will not be disappointed. Overall great experience — and I again highly recommend everyone to rent from Carlos.
Convenient pick-up location. Rafiel was a few minutes late when I was picking up the car but communicated throughout. Made up the time on the back-end. Clean car, as advertised.
