Ali is very friendly and communicates well. The first driver he had meet us was prompt. The car however has some cosmetic damage from the outside. While driving the car the check engine light was on upon delivery and the hybrid system malfunctioned several times causing the car to shift erratically. The air pressures were also off quite a bit causing the car to pull one way or to the other. After a quick trip to adjust the pressures everything seemed to work fine. Upon dropping the car off Ali had another person pick it up and was at the incorrect terminal causing my wife and I to walk in the rain to the correct terminal. Other than that the vehicle got us to and from our destination.
