The car was given clean from outside and inside🙂 If you see my previous comments everyone says about the car cleanliness . We always do a car wash for outside and completely sanitize from inside for safety of my customers after every trip. We are sad that you gave a wrong review about the car. Voiture et trajet ok le retour très décevant me demandant de payer le le nettoyage extérieur de la voiture alors que c’est interdit mais que si je payais j’avais le droit à un coupon de 15 pour-cent sur ma prochaine réservation. Donc pourquoi payer si c’est pour m’offrir un bon. Je vous déconseille de réserver si vous voulez pas une mauvaise surprise au moment de la facturation.

This customer doesn’t understand English and bought the car dirty. I charged $20 for exterior cleaning even though I charge $40 which was already mentioned before starting the trip. But she threatened me to give her money back $20 else she will give a bad review. I said will not give the money back since it won’t affect me for one bad review which is fake review. Since she is a student I have her %15 discount for her next trip but she don’t understand how to use the code🙂 but I have her 5star.
