Dmitry is easy to work with. He was there at the baggage claim and we walked to the parking garage to inspect the car. I was expecting to drop off the car the same way but he made it easier by meeting me right at the departure drop off. I shared my location with him on route so it was easy to coordinate, saved me some time. Well done. The vehicle was great too!
