Upon arrival while Owner of the vehicle was still there, I plugged my phone in the charger provided and it immediately broke into the port of my phone. Owner did not offer to help and was not available / did not reply to my texts until the last day of my trip. I lost most of a whole day of my vacation. Owner said I should call Turo, Turo did absolutely nothing. Terrible company and terrible customer service, never renting from them again.

Needed the roof rack for surfboards, and the SUV works fine, we rented for a month. Only frustrating thing was the sound system's volume was capped for some reason, and wish we could have played our own music louder.

Chun was very friendly, and the car worked as a general use vehicle for short trips during our stay.. however I was called the day of and told that the driver’s side window doesn’t work.. the rate wasn’t changed despite this issue.. because we were informed so last minute, we just had to deal with the hassle of it, especially when having to open up my door to grab parking lot tickets, and having to do the same on our way out of the parking lot, and not being able to enjoy any outside air from the drivers side
