Great experience. Was replied to quickly at all times. Had issues putting gas in vehicle and was helped promptly.

I was way over charged for something that could have been easily discussed and resolved. The car was locked at 80mph that made my long drive even longer. I only found this out when I picked the car up. I soon noticed the car was not even fully charged up so I had to find a supercharger on the road. The car was not cleaned at pick up. iv definitely had way better experiences on Turo!!!! Biggest mistake iv learned from this trip would be “ Do Not Return Car Early Even If You Don’t Like It “ I will not rent from this host again and I’m now not sure about electric cars being so cool.

YOU drove two-day mile allowance in 12 hours and decided short trip length to one day on purpose to save second day fee, which cause mile overage. Speed lock at 80 mph to avoid reckless driving and communicated way before trip. Battery level(>50% guaranteed) is communicated as well and YOU choose to return with low battery(~30%) which cause fee. Car was clean when pick up and dirty when return w/ pics proof. You said "Will definitely rent again" but started to retaliate once found you mess up.
