Easy and fast service with a great vehicle and host.

No snow tires/chains despite being advertised as such. Was not comfortable driving on morning icey conditions in Lake Tahoe, as the included all-season tires have a very hard tread compound and little traction when freezing on slick surfaces. All season =/= winter tires. AWD does not help braking power or cornering traction. On a positive note, the ski rack is nice and the car is spacious.

Sorry you had a hard time driving in the snow. This is an AWD car so no snow tires are needed, these are 2 month old tires that just got changed. Chains are available upon request.
