Isaac had a minor fender bender on his trip but he handled it very well, calling me immediately to apologize, provide pictures, and offer to get it fixed. Since I have premium insurance I opted to let them handle but I really appreciated Isaac’s courtesy and sense of responsibility. I would rent to Isaac again anytime.
