Jessica was a great guest. She was very easygoing and took very good care of the car. She was prompt and on time all the time and with a nice and cooperative attitude. I would renter her anytime she come to SD and I do recommend Jessica as a great guest. Thanks Jessica. Best wishes...

Jessica is a troubled individual. She started out asking for 100s of additional miles at no cost. After we weren't able to accommodate free usage of the vehicle she attempted to fabricate issues which didn't pre-exist with the vehicle in order to get a refund. The time and lengths she went to do this were extraordinary. Over 125 messages in under 24 hours were received from Jessica. After receiving the vehicle back our mechanic found no issues with the vehicle whatsoever and TURO happily helped us out. We won't be working with Jessica again. TURO is actively investigating Jessica and they plan on removing her from the platform. If you get a request from her, just know what you are probably in for. A lot of late night messages complaining about nothing in order to get a discount or something for free.
