Colby was very easy to deal with and the car was great. No issues and easy pick up and drop off. He was also flexible in those details. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great car in Louisville.

I received the car with a really low back tire, albeit, his assistant did fill up the air across the street for that. But after only 80 miles and 45 minutes of use, I parked the car, and when I came back and ran it a little more, the “engine management / coil glow plug system light symbol for Diesel engines” appeared and the car could hardly drive up to 50 mph. I was on a business trip and all I was told is to return the car “as soon as possible, or else” and that the owner was “sorry”. I love losing my time, losing money with my clients, having to rearrange my whole schedule, and the sheer level of disrespect to assure me that I will be refunded 100% of the cost (not, we are going to charge the 9 hours of rented time from both Turo and the owner). This normally doesn’t happen but if you own a damn Audi for rent you better take it to the dealer every other week for this same situation not to occur.
