The communication was really poor. No response, turn up late with an uncleaned car, did not top up the fuel, it was just a horrible experience as I had to drive all the way from Manchester to deliver the car. Car was not returned on time which made me miss an important meeting I had scheduled. Asked if I could be given a precise time and never heard anything until 1hr 15 minutes later. I recommend this driver at your peril.
