Great experience! Jennifer was great - good communication throughout. My Turo app was wonky on day of arrival but Jennifer was very flexible with my need to communicate directly (without Turo app). The car was perfect and was more then we could hope for. I wondered if the 4 of us women would be able to fit our baggage in - but it was roomier then I thought it would be (we had one checked bag and 3 carry one plus 4 small backpacks). Jennifer was also so considerate to leave hand sanitizer, wipes, 1st aid kit and extra masks which we had our own but one of us forgot to bring our first night dining out but we were saved by Jennifer’s thoughtfulness. She also left a great little folder of Kodiak information which we referenced often. Kodiak is an amazing place - but with off season not starting until October we were grateful to have such a budget friendly vehicle option. Goes without saying but car ran great, was immaculate, warm (ummm- it rained hard our first day and it was great to be in a warm car!) and comfortable for all. Thank you Jennifer!
