She cancelled after I was charged & never responded again. Turo customer support only responded once but did not refund me. I never got the car but was charged in full & had to file a fraud report with my bank. I’m still waiting to confirm the refund & it’s been 2 weeks. I will not use Turo again & absolutely would not recommend Eileen or Turo.
