Not the best way to have my first Turo experience. Haaris was nice but the vehicle died on me while in my possession. It resulted in me sitting and waiting on a jump for atleast 45 minuets to then be told that the charging system was the issue and the jump would do me no good that the car needed to be towed so i have to wait an hour for the tow with very conflicting answers as to what the next steps were in the process. Safe to say after my travel credit is gone i will never use turo again. Customer service department doesn’t help to much either.
