It is unfortunate that I have to write this review as I have only ever had good experiences with Turo cars. But in the interest of others it feels appropriate to share my experience. Roman was a very responsive host, however the car was in a terrible condition inside and out: - the exterior was not only badly scratched and damaged but was also extremely dirty; - the interior was no better with filthy mats, water bottles, medicine, and even food wrappers left on the dashboard! It had clearly not been cleaned recently; -To make matters worse this was a clear indication that no appropriate cleaning measures are in place that are aligned with covid-guidelines which makes it an actual health hazard. Usually I book cars through Turo for weekend breaks and I am so thankful that I did not have to travel long distances with this car. If I had not desperately needed a car I would have cancelled my trip. But it was an emergency. Sad to say but I will not be booking this car again.
Leanè, I am so sorry. I have been stuck out the country unable to return because of Covid-19, and so trusted the previous guest who assured me that they’d returned the car clean and disinfected. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, and this is why I always check it and clean it myself, but couldn’t do it this time. I am very sorry!
