Car broke down halfway through my trip. Brandon refunded me and was easy to communicate with through the whole process.

The minivan was fine. Brandon has a gray one that is nicer. Rent that if you can, but this one is fine. Unfortunately, RSW is not so Turo friendly anymore. After arriving , we had to pick the car up in long term parking- which means a shuttle. You have to do the same on returning the vehicle. This arrangement works better at Punta Gorda airport. Otherwise, Brandon is an excellent host and very responsive- ask to check out his homes to rent in Marco- beautiful!!
