Vehicle was not cleaned inside or outside. When turned on it made noises and had check engine light on. Did not feel like the vehicle was safe to drive. Tried to offer us a completely new vehicle just as dirty but we declined. Had to cancel trip completely and ask for full refund after contacting customer support. He was reasonable and understanding and on time for pickup no issues there however vehicle not as advertised.
