Great car! Very fun to drive, super clean interior & exterior, and fully loaded, with options like a sunroof, folding rear seats, seat heaters, and CarPlay. Took off two stars for a couple of issues with the reservation. 1 star because the host was 30 minutes late at the end of the reservation, not a huge deal but would have appreciated a heads up. 1 star because the car was listed with free delivery for 7+ day rentals. I chose a delivery location in SF - Dogpatch. But there was a $120 delivery fee added later. When I contacted the host about it, he said he didn’t have control over delivery fees. That didn’t seem to line up with Turo policies, so I contacted Turo support and they refunded the fee. Otherwise, great car!!
