The host cancelled this trip 23 hours before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.

We had out of town guests that we hosted last minute and unfortunately, we didn't get to block the car before it was booked the very next morning. We reached out to the guest and apologized and she was understanding of our situation as we gave her plenty of notice to find another car. From our stats, we never cancel a trip, so this was a very rare occasion. Mahalo!
