Great host! The Turo app was Malfunctioning ,on the hosts phone. He was signed inn on turo,but never saw that my trip was booked,which was really strange. So when I arrived to pick up the vehicle from the host,he wasn’t there because he was unaware of the trip,me and turo knew,but the host didn’t. So I had to wait 2 hours to get the vehicle but the host came to give it to me . I saw myself that he was actually signed inn on Turo ,and didn’t receive anything. So I told him to sign out,and sign back inn and that’s when he received the notification. It was a really bad citation,because in reality it wasn’t the hostess fault and my trip was 2 hours behind for pickup .
