The car was fine, no complaints there, however Jeynal proved to be a difficult person to deal with. When dropping off the car he made it seem like he was doing me a favor despite the fact I paid $90 for delivery, then during pickup, he was 30 minutes late. I texted him and he said he will take another 20 minutes. I waited for another 40, he still didn’t show up. I called him and he was very rude, told me I’m wasting his time with calling and to just leave the car somewhere and hung up on me (!). And trust me, I wasn’t being an asshole about it. I genuinely wanted to know what was going on since he was keeping me away from going to work. I did as he said and left the car with the key inside, he eventually picked it up. Communicating via text was also difficult due to some language barrier. While the car was fine, on a personal level - This was the only 2 star experience I had renting a car so far.
