He didn’t really seem like he wanted to rent his car wasn’t really nice or professional like other host I rented from also open a claim when photos of his car was taken appeared he didn’t like the renter

Hi Sheridan, I'm really sorry you felt this way. I have zero intention of not wanting to rent my car out. The claim I opened is for really minor wear and tear that no one would really notice unless looking super carefully. However, the picture I took before and after around that area shows that the minor wear did occur. Turo clearly stated that the guest won't be responsible for the wear and tear. I have a 60 plan that covers such wear and tear and that's why I need to open the claim.

Yaoyu was a great host! Very responsive and dropoff, pickup was a breeze! Car is surprisingly roomy inside, and very clean!
