Renting from Bruce started out positively much like any other Turo reservation in the past. However, contactless delivery was not an option as was noted in the listing and I had to dig the snow out of the first winter storm of 2020 on the east coast. Upon entering, the check engine light was on and the tire pressure was low. The car was clean and looked to be in good shape. However, it experienced severe shaking on the highway and felt unsafe to drive at higher speeds. I decided to make the smart decision and turned around as to preserve both my safety and the car itself. Upon returning the car, he denied there being any problems and refused to issue a refund. Multiple attempts to reason and find common ground were blatantly neglected (messages show read receipts) and he did absolutely nothing to try to resolve an unfortunate situation. He was professional until something went wrong and displayed abysmal business etiquette thereafter. Through this encounter, Bruce proves that his earnings of somewhere around 60 dollars is worth more than establishing a good rapport with his clients. I’m sure Bruce is a good guy, but he is an an awful host. Probably to his pleasure, he’s lost my future business.

Once again a great experience! Bruce’s service is excellent! I like how affordable the car is a day as well. This car drives so smooth and has great acceleration. I enjoy the amenities it has to offer like the Bluetooth feature and voice recognition. Look forward to renting again in the near future! Happy Holidays!
