Randall's response

I regret that I had to cancel so close to the rental date. The engine for the car that I use for Uber just went out the night before and I needed a car to use for work. The rental was for four days and I would not have been able to go to work. I have no other cars on the app. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience it caused. I think anyone else would have made the same decision given those circumstances.

Randall was awesome! He took great care of our car. He washed it & vacuumed it right before returning it. He was very appreciative & had great communication. Would definitely rent to him again. Thanks Randall!
