Unfortunately our host was not home when we arrived to pick up the rental car, which left my husband and I literally standing outside in the cold since our lyft driver had to leave. When our host arrived he gave us a broken car key that had the metal piece detached from the key fob. He stated that the last renter had broke it, and since he returned the car late, he didn't have time to get a replacement key. This was a major inconvenience during our travels. The windshield wipers on the vehicle were also in poor working condition which made it very hard to see while driving in the rain. Luckily for us it only rained once. Lastly, the maintenance required light stayed on the duration of our trip, which kept me nervous. We were disappointed with our host and service.

This vehicle worked great. Sultan did a great job in dropping off and picking up the car. The car was very clean. I would rent from him again.
