Nir was nice and accommodating however there was a loose piece on the car that was not mentioned to us prior to getting the car. The windshield trim flew off the car while driving on a hwy Nir was immediately contacted and told us not to worry. Few days after returning the car I receive a call saying Nir started a claim without letting me know. I’m stuck paying 330$ for a piece that was already loose and I had no control over. Would’ve been nice if he warned us about the claim. We had no problem helping pay for the 50$ trim ourselves even though it was not our fault. I recommend that you check the car in depth and take really good pictures before renting it so you’re not stuck paying for something that should’ve been fixed before hand.
