I am blown away with this reservation, the renter returned my car to airport late (and did not tell me where they parked) so I had to go each floor and search for the car. Upon picking my car up from airport and left airport the car was vibrating harshly so I took it to the dealership the dealer diagnosed the issue and said all 4 of my tires have flat spots and that could only happen if the car was in driven sideways or aggressive slide etc. Based on the dealership's diagnosis this renter was abusing my car. Now I have to replace 4 tires and a wheel that the renter cracked as well. I will not be renting to Reynaldo because he has destroyed my tires (2 of the rear tires were almost new only to be put on the car 2 months ago) I am not happy with how he treated my car.......
