Ahmed was great the entire time. When I first went to the car the tire was bad in the back. I ended up canceling the car but it was 3 am and no other cars was available. Ahmed got up and took the car to a 24 hour tire shop and put new tires in the back. I was able to make my trip. I will definitely be using his car again. 😊

I somehow ran over a screw that punctured a tire, The screw was maybe a half inch in length upon extraction. The front tires on the car were so extremely worn, that this caused a flat. The mechanic who fixed the problem told me, the tires needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY because it was unsafe to drive on them. I informed Ahmed immediately and he said he would change them tomorrow. Unfortunately for me, after being delayed due to repair, I had to return back to Houston like this. During my return, the brakes began grinding loudly whenever braking from high speed. I informed Ahmed of this once I made the return. Normally, I would not write an extensive review like this, because I know things happen. But the problem for me was furthered when I made the return, and the car was immediately rented to another renter, knowing the conditions of the car. I was astounded. Also, I was late returning due to repair only, so I did not have the time to get car cleaned as I normally do once my trip was complete. So that fault lies mostly on me. But given the circumstances, you’d think there would be no charge for cleaning. But I was charged, despite paying to fix a tire that made it permissible for the car to be rented out immediately to someone else. I approved the reimbursement still. All this was disappointing because of reading such great reviews prior to renting from Ahmed. The screw is happen chance, but the tire and brake issues should never have been an occurrence at all for me or any other renter.
