Mexico mandates additional Liability Insurance beyond a CDW - which was a surprise but not very expensive. Everything else went smoothly and was a great experience.

Pros - personnel waiting at the airport for you, staff very communicative and polite, vehicle clean. Cons - not the listed car on Turo, lesser model, hidden fees and additions not listed on the ad Car rental company listing an ad on Turo. Would not rent from them. I use Turo to avoid these types of companies.
