It went well until the return. The car was lovely. The owner is attempting to charge damage to me I did not cause. No check in was performed upon return then a day later he claimed the damage. I’m very disappointed.

The car was filthy. The seats had nothing but stains and dirt spots. There was water bottles left in the car from previous Turo customers. The back light was out which I had no clue about until my grandmother who I visited saw it. I gave it at least 2 stars because the car ran very well and the communication was okay but the uncleanliness overshadowed all the good aspects of the trip.

Aleksey was punctual and wonderful to work with upon picking up and dropping off the car. Car had no issues and was running well. One thing I might request as a future customer next time would be that as this is a gas vehicle with a small EV range, I would ask if the electric range could be "topped off" as well as the default gas, but it wasn't an issue for me whatsoever.
