WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST! This woman is a thief and a con artist. I have been using Turo regularly and I have never left a negative review. First off the car she rented me had a serious mechanical problem (not to mention it was filthy, smelled bad and had poorly inflated tires) there was a loud banging sound in the back of the car you could tell something was loose it felt like the wheels were going to fall off. After a week my father flew in to join me for the holidays. The moment he saw the vehicle he insisted I return it as it was not safe to drive. I contacted Saifon and asked to return it early which she agreed to. I returned the car and the next thing I know she disappeared, not responding to my messages and she never confirmed it was returned. She lied to Turo saying the vehicle was not returned and literally stole approximately $700 in in used rental fees. I am forging a complaint with Turo my father is involved. I strongly advise you stay away from this terrible host. You’ve been warned!
