When upon picking up the vehicle and driving Kevin and his family into LAX, nothing was mentioned about something being broken in our vehicle (rear cup-holder), the only thing that was mentioned was that he claimed we didn’t give him a full tank of gas (vehicle was above 7/8th tank, right near full). Kevin stated he tried to fill up gas to where we gave it to him, but he gave it back to us right above 3/4 tank. All in all : Vehicle was not brought back in tip top shape on cleanliness. Gas was not back to where it should have been. Rear cup holder was broken off and placed in my center console. Nothing was mentioned about it. Now guest is claiming that the cup holder wouldn’t open but somehow it ended up inside my center console.
