Rosa was agreeable and communicated well. While we enjoyed using her Honda Pilot I could not give it a 5 star rental. I generously rated the trip a 4 for the following reasons. Cleanliness: The vehicle did not really appear to be vacuumed and washed (some of the pix I took reflect this). Delivery: We received the vehicle later than scheduled at point of sale. It was 2 hours late from the scheduled time for the drop off. Maintenance: There was no wiper fluid to spray off the windows. When I inquired I learned the system had a slow leak. Wiper fluid was needed as the roads were being treated with salt making the front windshield in need of washing. Return: to return the vehicle I had to coordinate drop off at my departing flight location - we returned it early and she was on time - but having to do it that way complicates the ability to easily/safely take the required vehicle return drop off photos. Better to have a drop spot that the renter can leave the car and the owner can pick it up at will after an arranged time.

I understand there was an issue with the wiper fluid that we had talked about, & drop off ——the way turo is designed is to make it convenient in drop off and pick up. That is also why there is the share location feature. Miscommunication was also a factor in the pick up for the first day which I had also mentioned the app wasn’t working properly or you hadn’t responded as to WHERE you wanted it to be dropped off. It was also vacuumed but it’s not a new car anymore.!I appreciate your review.
