The problems that I encountered with this car rental, and Turo in particular, are too numerous to list. Since I’ve wasted enough time dealing with this company and the vehicle itself, I’d rather not waste any more. Summary lowlights: Vehicle was dirty inside (not cleaned from previous user); stains COVERED the front seats; the vehicle wreaked of cigarette smoke; the vehicle was dirty outside and had dents in it; additionally, the wheels were out of balance because the car shook violently at speeds over 63. In summary, very disgusted with the vehicle. When I attempted to report this to Turo by phone to Gabriel I was repeatedly told that he could not help me, that there were no supervisors available to help, and that my only options were as follows: Chat online with another department or call Roadside Assistance. I explained to him that I was in the middle of nowhere several miles from Denver airport and needed assistance immediately. That did not matter. Mind you I had no other transportation option at the time, had no idea where I was, and had to pick up my friend from the airport in 15 minutes. So I was compelled beyond my control to accept the car as is. Again, extraordinary levels of frustration. HORRENDOUS customer service...possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced. Lastly, the car was not available for airport pick up or drop off as I was led to believe. I had to take an Uber to some unknown site 15 minutes off of the airport in order to then get my car. The car was parked on a side street behind a Best Western hotel!! I was given step by step instructions only after I waited outside for 30 minutes for the driver to meet me at the airport. I felt like I was in the middle of a ridiculous scavenger hunt searching for my rental car. Insane. I have repeatedly expressed these issues to Turo via email, expecting some form of consolation and condolence. But it’s fallen on deaf ears; no surprise actually. My next course of action is to initiate a claim with American Express to get my money back. In summary I will never rent from Turo again and would highly advise against doing so. -Anonymous from Texas

This was completely not true. The rider used this to con me into giving him a free was and unlimited miles. The car did not smell like smoke AT ALL. IT WAS NOT DIRTY not all. It was completely vacuumed and there is a small dried in stain on the seat. It drives perfectly. This guy is a total con man. Everyone else whose rented this car before and after gave it great reviews.
