The car was not in great condition and ran rough. The tires on the front were near bald. When I got the car, there was a tow notice on it and it smelled like a urinal. When I went to return the car, he instructed for it to be put in the parking garage of the apartments, but it was closed and I had no way of getting it open. I had to park the car across the street in a business parking lot. Also, he was not quick to respond to any of my messages.
