The car worked out great for us, and the pickup and dropoff were easy. Anne was always quick to respond and helpful too. The power locks don't work for the back doors, so those have to be locked and unlocked by hand. But we got used to that, and the car ran well, etc. on our drive to L.A. and back. I would be happy to rent it again.
