The car has a smell that doesn’t go away. Tryed all the products you can imagine. At the first day owner knew about it and didn’t want it returned.

The car was accepted and we had advise the previous driver had smoked inside the vehicle. We tried our best to take off the smell before dropping the vehicle off but we actually advise before starting the check out and they said it was ok not to worry. After vehicle was dropped off for a while then wanted to return it and I couldn’t do anything on my end. I apologize for the inconvenience.
