Host was not flexible at all, didn’t answer the questions in a good way, worst customer service that I’ve ever received, car smelled a little bit like cigarettes. Worst communication ever, I returned the car at 7:10 pm and asked the host to put it in the app, he never did it until 11 pm. Not sure if the host reported the right amount of miles driven or if he kept using the car and reported a different amount. As I mentioned earlier, this is the worst rent-a-car experience I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend turo nor this host if you’re looking for a chilling and relaxing trip.
