I'm a bit conflicted on what to put in my review of Jimmy's TT. Him and his wife were super easy to deal with, flexible on everything, very accommodating, and just overall wonderful people. The car, however, probably isn't a 5 star ride in and of itself. It's serviceable, it didn't break down, or catch fire, and it is an AWD, twin turbo, Audi, convertible. For $30 a day. You couldn't rent a Toyota Corolla for that little money. Jimmy does a great job of walking you through the cars quirks and oddities, and again, the car, as a car, a way to get from point A to point B is just fine if not slightly eclectic. You will notice it can use a solid deep clean, the trim panels are holding on for dear life, it doesn't like starting with a full tank of gas, and a myriad of other small and mostly cosmetic issues. The tires are fantastic though, and the brakes solid. The phrase "good from afar, but far from good" applies accurately here. My overall verdict is somewhat conflicted too. Would I rent the same car, from the same people, for the same price? Yup. We drove it for 1000 miles and 10 days, I got to know it well, and learned to deal with all of it's little hiccups. But! Would I have rented it in the first place, if I had known more about it upfront? Probably. Would my wife? Hell no. If you're looking for a fun driving convertible to soak up the Florida sun, Jimmy's TT fits the bill. If you're looking for a rental agency's quality and cleanliness, you would be better served getting a Corolla or similar for $50 a day. Leave the old German cars to enthusiasts, and everyone will be happier.

The car no safety,no drivable....

Jimmy's response

This man is dishonest and wanted a free trip and thought he could complain and get a refund. I was able to catch him on multiple lies. Please review my other reviews (100+ rentals). Car runs great, it is older, but handles great and is fun to drive! If you want a convertible, you will not find a better deal on Turo!
